These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all access to and use of the pk077 platform, including its website, games, sports betting services, and payment functions. By creating a pk077 account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.
Important Notice: Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the pk077 platform. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not create an account or access any pk077 service. Continued use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:
2.1 By registering an Account on the pk077 Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise using any pk077 service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any future amendments published on the Platform.
2.2 This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and pk077. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you additionally represent that you have authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
2.3 pk077 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
2.4 If you disagree with any term in this Agreement or any subsequent amendment, your sole remedy is to cease all use of the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 12.
Access to and use of the pk077 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. pk077 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not met.
Age Restriction — 21+ Only: Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from creating a pk077 Account or using any real-money service on the Platform. Any Account found to be operated by an underage individual will be immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
To create a valid pk077 Account, you must:
pk077 operates a formal Know Your Customer verification program in compliance with its international gaming license obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents including a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. pk077 may suspend withdrawals and restrict Account functions pending satisfactory KYC completion. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the pk077 Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. pk077 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated bets and winnings, and withhold or recover any bonus amounts claimed across multiple accounts.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk077 Account login credentials, including your username and password. pk077 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
4.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or transfer your Account to another individual. Accounts are non-transferable.
4.3 You must notify pk077 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, loss of your registered mobile device, or any other security compromise. You may also use the in-account security settings to freeze your Account instantly pending investigation.
4.4 pk077 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to your registered Pakistani mobile number as an additional layer of Account security.
pk077 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed in your Account dashboard.
Deposits are credited to your pk077 Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 15 to 30 minutes depending on your banking provider. pk077 does not impose a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible. Withdrawals require satisfactory KYC verification. pk077 targets same-business-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours. pk077 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks prior to releasing withdrawal payments, which may extend processing times. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your Account.
All transactions on the pk077 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk077 does not accept or dispense foreign currency. Any currency conversion costs incurred on the User's side are solely the responsibility of the User.
Deposits to and withdrawals from your pk077 Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. pk077 will not process payments to or from accounts owned by third parties. Any suspected third-party payment may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment method.
6.1 pk077 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, each subject to specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. General bonus terms set out below apply unless a promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible Account holders who have completed KYC verification. Bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms. pk077 reserves the right to withdraw or modify bonus offers at any time without prior notice.
6.4 Bonus Abuse: pk077 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering solely on low-margin outcomes to fulfil requirements, coordinated play between multiple Accounts, use of automated wagering tools, or exploitation of errors in bonus crediting.
6.5 Free Spins: Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid on specified games only, for a specified period, and at a specified stake value. Winnings from free spins may be subject to wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
7.1 All games available on the pk077 Platform — including live casino titles, slot games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or betting market.
7.2 All slot games on the pk077 Platform utilise a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified by a recognised third-party laboratory. Live casino games are operated by licensed dealers in certified studios.
7.3 Sports betting markets on pk077 are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and market type. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the version of the rules published within the sportsbook at the time the bet was placed shall govern.
7.4 pk077 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where there is evidence of technical error, data feed failure, or manipulation. In the event of a game malfunction, bets may be voided and stakes returned. pk077's decision on game malfunctions is final subject to the formal dispute resolution process in Section 13.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk077 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
pk077 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated bets and winnings, and report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
9.1 pk077 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. As a regulated operator under its international gaming license, pk077 is required to maintain and actively promote a comprehensive responsible gaming program.
9.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pk077 Account holders free of charge, accessible from the Account settings at any time:
9.3 Increasing a responsible gaming limit (e.g., raising a deposit limit) is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. Decreases to limits take effect immediately.

10.1 All content on the pk077 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, game assets, written content, and interface design — is the intellectual property of pk077 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership interest in or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pk077 intellectual property, except for the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal gaming purposes granted herein.
10.3 The pk077 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of any pk077 trade mark is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk077 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.
11.2 The pk077 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pk077 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and accuracy, no warranty is given that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
11.3 pk077's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that User in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12.1 Suspension by pk077: pk077 reserves the right to suspend your Account immediately and without prior notice where: there is suspected breach of this Agreement; security or fraud concerns arise; KYC documentation is outstanding; or regulatory requirements necessitate suspension pending investigation.
12.2 Termination by pk077: pk077 may permanently close your Account where a material breach of this Agreement is confirmed, where continued operation of the Account would violate applicable legal or regulatory requirements, or where continued operation poses unacceptable risk to the Platform or other users.
12.3 Account Closure by User: You may close your pk077 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable withdrawal processing.
12.4 Upon Account closure or termination, any Bonus Balance that has not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real Money Balances in good standing will be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing and applicable KYC requirements.
13.1 Initial Complaint: If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the pk077 Platform — including bet settlement, payment processing, or Account management — you should first contact the pk077 support team via live chat. The support team will attempt to resolve your complaint within a reasonable timeframe.
13.2 Formal Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support process, you may escalate the matter in writing to the pk077 compliance team at [email protected], clearly setting out the nature of the complaint, the relevant dates and Account details, and the resolution you are seeking.
13.3 Regulatory Escalation: Where a formal complaint remains unresolved following pk077's internal escalation process, you may refer the matter to the relevant authority under pk077's international gaming license. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available from the pk077 compliance team upon request.
13.4 You agree that you will not initiate any legal proceedings in relation to a Platform dispute before exhausting the complaint and escalation process set out in this Section.
14.1 pk077 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes to the Agreement will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number registered on your Account, and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 14 days prior to the change taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.
14.2 The version of this Agreement published on the pk077 website at any given time constitutes the current binding version. Historical versions are available from the compliance team upon request.
14.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you object to any amendment, you must close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date.
15.1 This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk077's international gaming license and the regulatory framework of the jurisdiction in which pk077 is licensed.
15.2 The parties agree that any dispute not resolved through the process in Section 13 shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
15.3 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
